The Reclamation Method™
You've tried everything. It's time to stop guessing.
If you've spent months—or years—moving from practitioner to practitioner, protocol to protocol, and test to test without understanding why you still don't feel like yourself, The Reclamation Method takes a different approach.
We investigate the whole picture, determine what deserves attention first, and guide you through a personalized sequence designed around your biology, nervous system, history, and life.
START MY RECLAMATION EXPERIENCEEvery Reclamation journey begins with a comprehensive assessment and personalized roadmap—not another generic protocol.
Precision before protocol
Investigation. Synthesis. Sequence. Partnership.
Begin with the Experience. Decide on continuing care after you understand the case.
Maybe your labs came back “normal,” but you were sent home still feeling anything but normal.
Maybe you've spent five figures on specialists, testing, supplements, therapies, and protocols that helped temporarily—but never connected into a coherent picture.
Maybe you're the person holding your family, career, and life together while privately wondering why your own body seems to be falling behind.
Or maybe you've simply reached the point where you're no longer willing to keep experimenting on yourself.
You don't need more random health hacks, DIY detoxes, or disconnected testing.
You need to know what your body is responding to, what may be driving the pattern, and in what order it makes sense to address it. That is what Reclamation is designed to uncover.
A wider field of view
We don't just test your labs. We investigate your life.
Complex cases rarely exist inside a single blood marker. That's why the Reclamation Method looks across multiple dimensions of your health at once.
Your body
Blood, urine, stool, DUTCH, HTMA, DNA, toxicity, infectious load and other testing as clinically appropriate—interpreted together rather than as disconnected reports.
Your nervous system
We examine the relationship between physiology, stress, regulation and the patterns keeping your system under load.
Your history + relationships
Your environment, experiences, family context, inherited patterns, relationships and health history can all provide context for what we're seeing biologically.
Your life
Sleep. Light. Rhythm. Rest. Environment. Stress. Meaning. Daily load. Because a plan that doesn't work inside your actual life isn't much of a plan.
Clinical synthesis
The difference is how we put the pieces together.
A lab result can tell us something is there.
Your biological data can help us understand how your individual system may be responding.
Autonomic Response Testing can add another layer of information used to help personalize and sequence care.
And your history provides the context in which all of those findings make sense.
Data without context becomes another report.
Context without testing can become another theory.
The goal is to turn the information into a sequence.
Precision over protocols. Sequence over intensity.
The order matters.
One of the most important principles behind The Reclamation Method is that complex cases need to be sequenced, not attacked from every direction at once. We determine which patterns appear most relevant, establish the foundation, identify what deserves attention now and what can wait, match interventions to the findings, and continually reassess as your body responds.
Better questions create a better sequence.
What does my body need first?
What can it tolerate now?
What should wait?
What might be unnecessary?
How do we know when it's time to change course?
The Reclamation Method
Four phases. One integrated process.
Reveal
See what others may have missed.
We begin with investigation. Rather than treating one lab, symptom, diagnosis, or body system in isolation, we examine your case from multiple angles and bring the findings together into one working map.
The goal isn't more data. It's knowing which data matters.
Reset
Build the foundation before asking your body to do more.
While your deeper plan is being developed, we begin supporting the foundations that influence your ability to respond.
Instead of beginning with intensity, we begin by improving the conditions under which the body can respond.
Rewire
Address the patterns biology alone can't explain.
Physical physiology does not exist separately from lived experience. Through psychobiology, nervous-system work, somatic approaches and exploration of beliefs, meaning and identity, we address mental-emotional patterns alongside the medical work.
The objective isn't to tell you your symptoms are “all in your head.” It's recognizing that your brain, nervous system, physiology, environment and lived experience continuously influence one another.
Rebuild
Build from the new information your body gives us.
Throughout Reclamation, the medical work continues. Your protocols are adjusted as your body responds. Follow-up evaluations provide new information. When appropriate, testing is repeated and the strategy evolves.
This is not about following the same protocol forever. It's about learning how your body responds and adjusting accordingly.
Where Reclamation actually begins
The Reclamation Experience™
Before we ask you to commit to a healing program, we investigate. The Experience is the diagnostic and clinical-synthesis phase of The Reclamation Method.
Precision before protocol.
Sequence before intensity.
Understanding before commitment.
You don't choose between multiple treatment programs before we understand your case. We begin by figuring out what your body is actually asking for.
BEGIN THE RECLAMATION EXPERIENCEInside the Experience
What happens inside the Reclamation Experience?
Full Case Review
We examine your health history, symptom timeline, exposures, family context, previous testing and prior interventions to understand not just where you are—but how you got here.
Advanced Lab + Pattern Mapping
Testing is selected based on your case. Rather than interpreting isolated “normal” or “abnormal” values, we look for patterns across immune, inflammatory, metabolic and other relevant systems.
DNA + Biological Analysis
We incorporate biological predispositions and expression patterns to add context to what we're seeing elsewhere and help inform personalization and sequencing.
Autonomic + Nervous-System Assessment
We examine regulatory patterns and use Autonomic Response Testing where appropriate to add another layer of individualized clinical information.
Clinical Synthesis
This is where the pieces become one picture. Instead of handing you a stack of unrelated reports, we synthesize your history, testing, assessments and findings into a working pattern map.
Your Personalized Healing Roadmap
You leave understanding what likely deserves attention first, what can wait, what may be unnecessary, what to avoid, how the pieces may fit together, and what a realistic next phase could look like.
The Experience itself stands on its own.
Continuing into longer-term Reclamation care is a separate decision.
What you walk away with
Clarity you can keep.
You should not leave with another pile of information and the same question: “Okay…now what?”
- A clearer understanding of the dominant patterns in your case
- Clarity around contributing secondary factors
- A sequencing strategy
- A realistic expectation of what comes next
- A written roadmap you can keep
- A calmer understanding of what your body may need—and why
The process
What your first weeks look like
Week 1
Intake + testing begins
Your assessments are completed, your full history is collected, and the testing selected for your case is initiated.
Weeks 1–3
Collection + processing
Your samples and testing are completed and processed according to the timelines of the individual laboratories.
Weeks 3–4+
Clinical synthesis
Your results, history and assessments are reviewed together—not as individual reports—and your working strategy is developed.
Review session
Your roadmap
We walk through what we're seeing, what appears most important, the proposed order of operations, and the reasoning behind your next steps.
Testing timelines vary, so the Experience generally takes several weeks rather than being forced into an arbitrary calendar date.
And then?
From understanding the case to implementing the plan.
If continued care makes sense, Reclamation becomes an ongoing process of implementation, observation, reassessment and adjustment. Depending on your case and recommended level of care, this may include a 6- or 12-month concierge program.
Your care can include:
The physicians oversee the medicine.
The concierge team helps keep the process moving so that appointments, testing, protocols, shipments and follow-ups don't become another full-time job for you.
This may be for you if…
- You have tried multiple approaches but the results haven't lasted.
- Your labs have been called “normal,” yet you know you don't feel well.
- Your symptoms seem to fluctuate, relapse, or move from system to system.
- You have accumulated diagnoses, specialists or protocols without anyone connecting the whole picture.
- You suspect infections, environmental exposures, immune dysregulation, nervous-system stress or other factors may be contributing.
- You are tired of managing your health through trial and error.
You are ready for investigation before intervention.
This probably isn't for you if…
You're looking for a single supplement, quick fix or generic protocol.
You want someone to override your own experience of your body.
Or you want to skip the investigative process and immediately start treating everything at once.
Reclamation is intentionally designed around precision, sequence and partnership.
